We have been involved with Cloud products since 2004 and have worked late, drunk many mugs of coffee and had lots of heated discussions about developing the premium, secure and reliable infrastructure for our Python Cloud services. Our fundamental aim is to provide the products which you need and to present them in a way which makes them accessible. We want you to be able to sit back and relax safe in the knowledge that Python is taking excellent care of your data and hosting.

24/7/365 email support

We promise to respond to any queries within 6 hours of receiving your email. However, our systems are monitored so if there is a problem, we will probably know before you do!

Tier 4 Data Centres

The Data Centres used by Python are Tier 4 facilities to maximise uptime and stability. We have space in Telehouse London and have our own Disaster Recovery and Data Replication facilities in Watford.

Tier 1 Connectivity

We will only use Tier 1 connectivity providers on our network and understand what 'good' bandwidth is, as you would expect from a high performance ISP. We have multiple gigabit connections to each provider to maximise performance and availability – in the unlikely event of hardware or link failure.

Security

We have thought very carefully about the redundancy levels we have built into our systems. We promise you the same minimisation of data loss that we would expect ourselves.

Price Match Policy

We have checked to ensure that we are competitively priced in the market place and are confident that we can get you the best price and still achieve the very highest quality service. If you are able to find a better price from one of our competitors for the same product and support, we offer this deal: we will match and beat the competitor's quote by 5% and will be bound at the same price for the duration of the contract.

Rules apply:

1. The product must be identical to our product on a like for like basis - data centre, bandwidth, server specification.
2. We must be able to verify the offer.
3. We will match the offer and discount by 5%.
